Commercial Territory Manager - HVACR

Crescent Parts & Equipment is seeking a motivated Commercial Territory Manager to join our team. In this outside sales role, you'll build relationships with commercial HVAC and refrigeration contractors, identify new business opportunities, and help customers find the products, equipment, and solutions they need to succeed.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience in HVAC, refrigeration, construction, distribution, or a related industry who enjoys building customer partnerships, developing new business, and driving territory growth.

• Develop and grow relationships with commercial HVAC and refrigeration contractors, owners, purchasing teams, and other decision-makers.
• Prospect for new business and expand existing customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities in new construction, facility expansions, service work, and equipment replacement projects.
• Monitor market activity and project opportunities to position Crescent as a trusted partner.
• Partner with technical specialists and manufacturer representatives to provide customer solutions and support.
• Present products, equipment, and new technologies to customers.
• Manage sales activity, customer relationships, and account performance to achieve territory growth goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, energy efficiency initiatives, and emerging HVACR technologies.

• 2+ years of sales, account management, or related industry experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience identifying opportunities, developing account plans, and growing customer relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

• Experience in commercial HVAC, commercial refrigeration, HVACR distribution, equipment sales, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment and applications.
• Experience working with contractors, bidding processes, construction projects, or equipment procurement.
• Mechanical aptitude and a consultative sales approach.
• Experience presenting products, conducting training, or developing contractor accounts.

This is an outside sales position that requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory to visit customers, contractors, and project sites. Occasional attendance at customer events, trade shows, training sessions, and industry functions may be required, including some evening or weekend hours.

Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
