Audit Support Services Specialist – Freedom Technology Solutions Group, LLC, St. Louis, MO.

Reporting directly to the Chief for Cyber Readiness, you will provide audit support for external cyber audits such as CCORI, CCRI, CSSP, FISMA, and FISCAM. Responsibilities include aggregating documents, securing facilities, developing presentations, coordinating audit activities, and conducting internal assessments to maintain audit readiness. You must obtain a DoD 8140.01/8570.01-M compliant certification and gain CSSP Auditor certification within six months.

• Ensure CSOC is prepared for inspections and audits, identifying audit criteria.
• Review regulations, directives, guidance, and documents to determine applicable standards.
• Perform self‑assessments of CSOC services to identify deficiencies and recommend remediation.
• Coordinate with contractors, government entities, and other activities to resolve findings outside TCS control.
• Provide status briefings and reports to the government on findings and remediation.
• Attend internal and community meetings.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, charts, reports, and documentation depicting audit readiness.
• Contribute to the Weekly CSOC Status Report.

Required

• Experience preparing organizations for CCRI/CCORI, CSSP, and FISMA audits.
• Strong understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Knowledge of DoD Cybersecurity Services Evaluator Scoring Metrics (ESM) V.10.
• Knowledge of DoDIN Inspection Coordination Guides and Pre‑Deployment Checklists.
• Familiarity with CCORI areas such as DCO‑IDM effectiveness, STIG checks, Contributing Factors, and CND Directive scoring.
• Minimum 6 years of experience supporting an IC or DoD agency in an auditor role.
• Understanding of cybersecurity compliance policy, governance, programs, processes, and metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to produce clear assessment reports.
• Experience briefing executive audiences.
• IAT Level II certification.
• Willingness to obtain CSSP Auditor certification within 6 months.
• Active security clearance.
