Whether stationed at a residential neighborhood, retail store, or office building, your presence will provide peace of mind through professionalism, visibility, and vigilance. Starting Pay: $ per hour (depending on site and experience) with unlimited long-term earnings potential as part of GCI s Fast-Track Leadership Program

• Maintain a high-visibility presence to deter crime and reinforce client peace of mind.
• Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols to monitor premises, secure perimeters, and identify safety concerns.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety hazards promptly and accurately.
• Provide friendly, professional interaction with residents, guests, employees, and the general public.
• Enforce site-specific policies and procedures while maintaining GCI s standards of courtesy and respect.
• Write clear, detailed incident reports and daily shift logs using GCI s reporting systems.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, or incidents with calm, sound judgment and professionalism.
• Assist emergency personnel as needed and communicate effectively with law enforcement when required.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the GCI brand with integrity at all times.
• Stay alert, aware, and present — minimizing distractions while on duty.
• Prepare each post for success by arriving on time, following post orders, and completing all shift responsibilities.
• Communicate regularly with field supervisors and dispatch to ensure seamless coverage and quick response.
• Participate in ongoing training to build professional skills and prepare for advancement opportunities within GCI.
