Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Imaging Operations Specialist to join our Global Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume document conversion, ensuring data integrity through precise indexing, and maintaining the security standards required to obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance
.
- Lead the end-to-end document digitization process by preparing, scanning, and indexing hard copy records into electronic images while maintaining strict quality and production rate standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team and management to identify workflow efficiencies and ensure all internal tracking documentation is accurately completed.
- Ensure compliance with federal security requirements and organizational data‑handling policies to protect sensitive information.
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, indexing, or high-volume production environments.
- Strong knowledge of PC operations, imaging software, and document control procedures.
- Proven ability in maintaining high accuracy at a sustained pace and performing physical document preparation (e.g., sorting, filing, and removing staples).
- High School Diploma or equivalent; must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Salary:
Starting at $17.75 per hour. - Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.
