Location: St. Louis, MO
Schedule: All days and shifts available
Pay: $19.57/hr, paid weekly

• Trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need; assignments are temporary.
• Schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week) varies with operational demand.
• Shifts offered as they become available due to staffing needs.
• Some shifts posted in advance; others may be called on short notice.
• Workers are expected to accept 80% of call‑in shifts; refusing more than 20% may affect employment.
• Work any shift scheduled in advance that aligns with your stated availability.

• Perform duties as specified by post orders and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Maintain a high level of preparedness, professionalism, and responsiveness.
• Ensure the safety and security of clients, property, and personnel at all times.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑service role.
• Scheduling flexibility; ability to work weekends, weekdays, holidays, and all weather conditions.
• Preferred:
  Previous security, law enforcement, military experience, and St. Louis, MO security license.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license required.
