Security Officer Loss Prevention Patrol

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors in a retail location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, stock areas, and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity, reporting unusual conditions, policy violations, and incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site procedures and documenting activities as required.
• Assist with maintaining a professional, welcoming environment while supporting loss‑prevention and security‑related operations.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
