• Perform skilled carpentry work, including repairs and installations of wood, drywall, doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring.
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures in residential properties.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately according to specifications.
• Assist with unit renovations, including cabinetry, trim, and other finish carpentry tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve structural and cosmetic issues in rental units.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to complete projects efficiently.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Hands-on experience with:
  • Drywall, painting, and carpentry
  • Plumbing (including sweating copper pipe)
  • Electrical repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
• Ability to demonstrate technical skills during the interview process
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A positive, team-oriented mindset
