As a Painter in Training, you’ll work alongside experienced painters and drywall finishers, learning the skills to become a pro. You’ll help prep, paint, and finish residential and commercial projects throughout the St. Louis and St. Charles areas.

• Assist with painting and drywall jobs
• Prep walls and surfaces for paint or finish
• Use ladders and basic tools
• Keep the job site clean and organized
• Learn safety protocols and craftsmanship standards
• Work closely with the crew to support each project

• Are at least 19 years old
• Have reliable transportation
• Are dependable and willing to learn
• Are comfortable on ladders and moving throughout the day
• Can lift up to 50 lbs
• Take pride in showing up on time and doing quality work
