Overview
TeamGOV is currently seeking a full‑time HVAC Mechanic to support a contract to provide operations and mechanical maintenance services at the Eagleton Courthouse in St. Louis, MO.
Work ScheduleMonday through Friday: 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm.
Responsibilities• Maintain and troubleshoot large commercial heating and air‑conditioning equipment, including boilers, chillers, hot‑water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and building systems.
• Exercise general maintenance knowledge for complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Universal EPA or CFC certification required.
- Technical training in HVAC highly desired.
- Must possess or be able to obtain the N.A.T.E. certification.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience working on large commercial HVAC equipment.
