Water Service Technician

Tri-State Water, Power & Air is looking for a skilled Water Service Technician to join our growing team in St. Louis, MO. This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential water treatment and plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Base Pay

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

What You’ll Do
  • Install & maintain residential water treatment and plumbing systems, including pumps, valves, and filtration equipment.
  • Perform water quality testing and implement system adjustments or upgrades as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies such as leaks and system malfunctions, ensuring prompt resolutions.
  • Communicate with homeowners about system usage, upgrades, and tailored service recommendations.
  • Keep accurate service records, inspections, and water quality logs for compliance and reporting.
  • Ensure all work meets state and federal regulations, safety, and environmental guidelines.
What You’ll Need
  • At least 2 years of residential plumbing or water treatment experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications are a plus).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and work in various environments, including outdoors and tight spaces.
  • Self‑starter capable of working independently and as part of a team.
