Pay Range

Base pay range: $45.00/hr – $50.00/hr.

Up to a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

What You’ll Do
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems—including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters—while ensuring compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Perform thorough inspections to diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Identify and resolve problems such as leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with construction teams and contractors to ensure smooth integration of plumbing systems in new builds or renovations.
  • Stay updated with local plumbing codes and safety regulations to meet industry standards.
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing clear estimates and explaining proposed solutions professionally.
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and time spent on each project.
  • Respond promptly to urgent plumbing issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Safely operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment.
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards for quality and craftsmanship.
What You’ll Bring
  • Licensed Plumber – a valid plumbing license in the state of Missouri.
  • Experience – 3 to 5 years of experience with a strong focus on residential projects.
  • Education – high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Proficiency – ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals, and knowledge of various plumbing systems and materials.
  • Communication Skills – excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
  • Physical Ability – ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
  • Problem‑Solving Skills – strong analytical skills and the ability to think on your feet in challenging situations.
  • Teamwork – ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople and professionals on construction sites.
