Crew Lead – of St. Louis

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Crew Lead to join our team for residential/commercial mold remediation and building restoration. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a crew in mold remediation projects. This position involves utilizing power tools, hand tools, and industry-specific equipment to perform demolition and removal of building material affected by mold as needed. Typical working hours are 6:30am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

• - Lead a team on-site during remediation projects
• - Uphold company and industry standards
• - Maintain a positive attitude with fellow coworkers
• - Construct/set up containment of work areas
• - Utilize HEPA air scrubbers, power tools and hand tools for restoration projects
• - Clean and restore surfaces affected by mold and water damage
• - Application of biocides, sanitizers and antimicrobial preventatives

Qualifications:

- Comfortable speaking with clients related to the project details

- Effective creating a culture of skill growth and positive attitude

- Punctual, dependable and organized

- Self motivated and able to work independently

- Possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record

- Be able to lift 50lbs

- Be able to pass a respirator fit test and pulmonary test to wear respirator

- Comfortable in small /confined spaces if needed

- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in the restoration field

- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment in a fast paced setting

- Strong attention to detail and quality of work

This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects within the restoration industry. IICRC certification is preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate and provide certification training. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
