St.Louisislookingforskilled Maintenance Technicianstojoinitsteamacrossallthreeshifts .Thisisahands-onopportunityforatechnicianwithstrongelectrical,mechanical,andcontrolsexperiencewhoenjoystroubleshootingequipment,solving problems,andkeepingproductionrunning.
1stShift: 6:30AM–2:30PM,Monday–Friday
2ndShift: 2:30PM–10:30PM,Monday–Friday+$2.00/hourdifferential
3rdShift: 10:30PM–6:30AM,Sunday–Thursday+$2.50/hourdifferential
Overtimeisavailablebasedonbusinessneedsandistypicallyscheduledonweekends.
What You'llDo- Maintain,troubleshoot,andrepairindustrialproductionequipmentandmachinery
- Diagnoseelectrical,mechanical,hydraulic,pneumatic,and control-system issues
- ProgramandtroubleshootPLCsandladderlogic
- Workwith Allen-Bradleycontrols,sensors,servos,relays,switches,andotherautomationcomponents
- Readandinterpretelectricalschematics,blueprints,andcircuitdrawings
- TroubleshootPC-basedcontrols,networks,I/O,andoperatingsystems
- PerformadvancedCNCdiagnosticsinvolvingservos,controllers,and encoders
- Build,wire,program,andtroubleshootcontrolpanelsandsystems
- Performelectricalwiring,soldering,andconnector/harnesswork
- Completegeneralmechanical,electrical,plumbing,andfacilityrepairs
- Performweldingandbrazingforequipmentrepairs
- Supportequipmentincludingpunchpresses,tubebenders,automatedweldingcenters,swedgers,andothermanufacturingmachinery
- Helpidentifyrootcausesofequipmentissuesandminimizeproductiondowntime
- Maintainaccuraterecordsofequipmentrepairsandrelatedcosts
- Industrialormanufacturingmaintenanceexperience
- StrongPLCprogrammingandtroubleshootingexperience
- ExperiencewithPLCs,ladder logic,controls,andindustrialautomation
- Associatedegreeortechnicaleducationinelectronics,industrial technology,PCtechnology,orarelatedfieldispreferred
- Candidateswithoutadegreemaybeconsideredwith5+yearsofcontrolsexperience
Experiencewithhydraulics,pneumatics,welding,facility maintenance,forklifts,andindustrialequipmentisaplus.
