The ideal candidate is skilled in multiple trades, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can independently manage projects from start to finish.
Qualifications:- Experience in remodeling, construction, maintenance, or a similar role
- Skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, fencing, minor plumbing, minor electrical work, and general repairs
- Ability to manage time, materials, and multiple projects effectively
- Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between facilities
