Mac Properties is seeking a Maintenance Tech (or Service Tech II) to join our residential community in the St. Louis area.
You will help keep building appliances and infrastructure operating at peak efficiency, delivering courteous service to residents and supporting daily operations across our community. This full-time role offers benefits, a pay range of $22-$24/hour, and a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an on-call rotation every few weeks.
