Your Impact Execute routine and emergency maintenance on electromechanical systems.

Isolate and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues quickly.

Perform inspections and verification tests to confirm safe, efficient operation.

Drive reliability improvements with maintenance teammates and operations.

Document all work, parts usage, and inspection findings accurately.

Support installation and startup of new machinery and related equipment.

Maintain safe work practices and a clean, organized environment.

Engage in training to advance electromechanical competencies.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/certification preferred.

Experience as an electromechanical technician or comparable industrial maintenance role.

Strong foundation in electrical and mechanical principles.

Proficiency reading schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

PLC troubleshooting experience a plus.

Welding experience preferred but not required.

Skilled with hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, clear communication, and teamwork.
