Job Summary The Youth Program Family Companion-Volunteer Liaison will support children with homework, improving their reading abilities, and social and emotional growth. Job responsibilities also include applying assessment tools and data management in Salesforce for grant reporting purposes.

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in education, social work, human services, or another related field with experience through employment or volunteerism in child education. Having work experienced is preferable, but not mandatory.
• Bilingual (oral and written) Spanish and English. This is not mandatory but is preferred.
• Teaching experience or community/group development experience with kids and families.
