Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a Rural Counties Case Manager to provide support for veterans at risk of homelessness. This role involves assessing needs, developing individual treatment plans, and collaborating with various service providers. The Case Manager will primarily work in nine rural counties, focusing on ensuring stable housing and self-sufficiency for veteran families.
Preferred qualifications include a college degree and experience working with the unhoused population. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are necessary as well.
