The Salvation Army Ferguson Community Empowerment Center is seeking a full-time PoH/ESS Case Manager to provide intake, assessment and ESS assistance, and to manage Pathway of Hope services. You will connect clients with essential resources and coordinate with partner agencies to maximize support.
You will maintain confidential records, supervise pantry volunteers, and help with emergency social services and community outreach, in alignment with TSA policies.
