The Rural Counties Case Manager role supports veterans and their families in the SSVF program, serving nine rural counties across Missouri. You will assess housing needs, develop individualized plans, and coordinate housing and financial stability services.
The position is based primarily out of Festus or St. Charles, MO, with a company vehicle provided. A clean driving record is required, and a personal vehicle may be needed for occasional client visits. Compensation starts at $45,000.
