Associate Software Developer

Overview

Join Blitt & Gaines Law Offices as an Associate Software Developer. Work with the product development team to build and test automation applications using SQL, C#, Python, and Power BI. Continuously review data and report accuracy from our systems.

• Design and develop stored procedures and database queries for reports and dashboards.
• Develop automation tools and backend processes using C# or Python.
• Build and maintain web services and APIs for internal and external applications.
• Collaborate with senior developers and analysts to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in source control workflows using Git and track projects through Azure Dev Ops.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline maintenance, including testing, builds, and deployment.
• Perform basic debugging and troubleshooting under guidance.
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile ceremonies.

• 1–2 years of experience with C# or Python.
• Basic experience writing and maintaining SQL queries or stored procedures.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and how to interact with them.
• Exposure to Azure Dev Ops, Git, or similar tools for version control and project management.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software development best practices.
• Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow technical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with web service development or automation scripting.
• Exposure to Azure cloud services or other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with reporting or BI tools such as Power BI or SSRS.
• Understanding of agile development and software delivery practices.

• Familiarity with Collection Master software.
• Experience in the litigation or collections industry.
• Experience with generating AI prompts and implementing AI solutions.
• Experience with React or other front-end web languages.
