Office 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday). Remote otherwise.

• Design, develop, and operate high-scale applications across the full engineering stack.
• Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software using modern practices such as serverless computing, microservices architecture, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Integrate systems across teams with internal systems, Data Fabric, and CSA Toolset.
• Participate in technology roadmap and architecture discussions to translate business requirements into solutions.
• Collaborate on a globally distributed engineering team and participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other team activities.
• Triage product or system issues, debug, and resolve performance impacts on network or service operations.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Research, create, and develop software applications to enhance Equifax solutions.
• Address scalability issues involving data access and information management.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years software engineering experience.
• Experienced writing, debugging, and troubleshooting code in Java, Spring Boot, Type Script/JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• 5+ years experience in Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Designed and developed cloud-native microservices using Java, Spring Boot, GCP SDKs, GKE/Kubernetes.
• Deployed and released software using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines; knowledge of infrastructure-as-code concepts, Helm Charts, Terraform.

• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Experience with big data processing (Dataflow/Apache Beam, Bigtable, Big Query, Pub Sub, GCS, Composer/Airflow).
• UI development skills (HTML, JavaScript, Angular, Signal
  
  R).
• Backend background:
  Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, SOA, Microservices.
• Source control (SVN/Git, Git Hub), build tools (Maven, Gradle).
• Agile environments (Scrum, XP).
• Relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL).
• Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Modern JDK (v1.7+).
• Automated testing (JUnit, Selenium, Load Runner, SoapUI).
