UST is searching for a Full Stack Engineer who will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software components for core applications.

• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of microservice-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 6-9 years of commercial development experience.
• Strong experience in Java development with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in RESTful backend services and modern frontend frameworks (preferably Angular).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, Kubernetes environments, and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker).

$59,000 – $89,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
