What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) team within Treasury Engineering. The role involves designing, testing, and implementing Java-based web applications on the AWS cloud. You will work within an Agile development team to migrate applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate application business logic using Java.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to migrate applications to AWS cloud services.
• Conduct debugging, bottleneck analysis, and develop robust solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional applications.
• Develop reusable, scalable code adhering to industry best practices.
• Work with shared services teams on integration and data migration.
• Address vulnerabilities and implement security controls.
• Monitor applications using tools like Grafana and manage modern CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in software development.
• Expertise in Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Experience with Angular, Type Script, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Familiarity with Postgre
  
  SQL, Unix, and shell scripting.
• Proficiency with Dev Ops tools like Git, Bamboo, and Sonar.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience with modern analytics and monitoring solutions (e.g., Grafana).
• Familiarity with cloud-native services and Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of application servers such as Apache TOMEE or Web Logic.
• Demonstrated ability to address system vulnerabilities effectively.

Pay: $70 - $100 /yr.
