The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying modernized eCommerce solutions. You will be involved in complex projects working with smart, dedicated people, building forward-looking solutions and making an impact with both internal and client stakeholders.

This position requires someone who is local to St. Louis, MO and willing to work hybrid.

• Design and manage the end-to-end development of solutions, ensuring successful integration of all interfacing components.
• Develop and modernize complex applications.
• Lead the full software lifecycle development process, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance adhering to Client policies, security, and accessibility guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to provide direction for and contribute to development, implementation and rollout of solutions and consulting services.

• Live in the St. Louis, MO area and be willing to work on-site two days per week.
• Proven experience designing and developing eCommerce platforms.
• Proven experience as a team leader.
• Strong knowledge of open-source frameworks.
• Experience working directly with clients, offering exceptional customer service and ensuring timelines are met.
• Demonstrated expertise in React, NodeJS, Type Script, Vue, and cloud technologies, preferably over 7 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of development best practices.
• Demonstrated experience as a productive reviewer of code, with an ability to coach others on the differentiation of style and correctness.
• Experience working in an AWS environment.
