Senior Full Stack Developer – React – Nodejs -AWS Cloud Microservices

About this Role

• The primary role of this position and team is to support and enhance the member portal.

• Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom-built technology solutions to meet business needs. Act as a subject matter expert for Application Software developers and Engineers.
• Working in web design development and support in a component UI/microservice and monolithic architectures
• Defining high-level architectural direction on new capabilities requested by the business
• A strong competency in React.js as it’s used in component UI architecture, and Node.js for microservice development
• Building server-less applications using the AWS cloud architecture
• Experience in accessibility/508 compliant UI development (must have experience in tools like an accessibility code linter and browser tools to identify and address 508 compliance violations
• Strong ability to mentor/develop jr. developers
• We don’t have set measurable performance metrics for Senior App Devs. Performance will be measured by completing assigned duties, participation, etc.
• Unique opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise level environment and be a SME for engineers on the team. Potential to become long term gig.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years experience
• Experience in React.js and Node.js
• Experience in cloud based microservice development
• SQL- ability to write and read complex queries
• GIT or other central code repository experience
• Good leadership ability, strong communication skills

• Healthcare experience
• AWS Lambda, Healthcare IT experience, Java 8+SE, Java EE, Jakarta EE and Java Spring Boot framework, Graph
  
  QL, Docker & Kubernetes

Designs, develops, and implements complex enterprise software solutions. Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the business across the enterprise.

A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science). Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

One or more of the following skills are desired. Experience with Other: evaluating and improving Code Quality /Standards. Experience with Other: working with and directing third-party Application Developers. Knowledge of Programming Concepts;
Software Design.
