Work Authorization

• Design, develop, and implement AI applications leveraging Microsoft AI Foundry and OpenAI technologies.
• Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of software projects while adhering to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and integrate them into existing projects.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, with a strong understanding of its architecture and capabilities.
• Hands on experience with OpenAI, including familiarity with its APIs and application development.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Platform (MCP) and its services relevant to AI application development.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
• Expertise on building AI applications with Microsoft AI Foundry, OpenAI, MCP.

• Experience with additional AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data engineering and data science principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI applications.
• Proven track record of managing software projects from inception to completion.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
