- Design and develop applications using AEM Forms and related technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work with architects to implement architectural blueprints and supervise execution.
- Conduct research to set technical direction for successful project delivery.
- Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Perform code and design reviews to maintain best practices.
- Integrate applications with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Monitor and manage application lifecycle, including upgrades and maintenance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in development roles such as Senior Developer or Technical Lead.
- Experience developing forms with 3-Tier & event-driven architecture for Adobe Forms or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of event-driven technologies such as Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS.
- Experience with microservices design, SaaS architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Familiarity with AWS CKP, Lambda, and Dev Ops tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Prior experience with Adobe SaaS products such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Forms, and Cloud Manager.
