The Kirkham Fieldhouse is a premier indoor athletic training facility that offers rental spaces for team practices, private lessons, and strength and conditioning. We cater to a variety of sports, including baseball, softball, field hockey, lacrosse, and soccer. Conveniently located off Brentwood Blvd in Webster Groves, our facility is easily accessible for athletes from Webster, Rock Hill, Glendale, Kirkwood, and nearby communities.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO, for a Sports Marketing & Operations Coordinator. The role involves planning and executing marketing efforts, developing promotional strategies, managing sports programs and events, ensuring smooth daily operations of the facility, and collaborating with teams and partners. The coordinator will also assist with sales and client relationship management to enhance the organization’s reputation and increase its reach within local communities.

• Marketing and Sales skills to create and execute effective promotional strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management expertise to evaluate goals, track progress, and deliver results
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, teams, and partners
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Previous experience in sports marketing, operations, or facility management is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Passion for sports and understanding of sports activities and operations
