• Exceptional attendance and punctuality
• Accurately complete vehicle safety checks and elevate any issues
• Compliance with all traffic laws, and federal and state transit regulations
• Interact with customers and our central dispatch team and managers in a professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all riders, i.e., answer questions about schedules, routes, transfer points, and delays
• Promptly report vehicle maintenance, road and route concerns, accidents, and other traffic disruptions using two-way radios or hands‑free devices
• Additional duties and responsibilities may apply
• Charge vehicles at end of day

• Use route navigation apps and other technology, including knowledge of the area to pick up and drop off our customers
• Maintain electronic logs to track routes and incidents
• Ability to safely operate and drive without a break for a minimum period of one hour and forty‑five minutes
• Ability to drive in fluctuating weather and terrain
• Flexible schedule to work outside of regular days and shifts
• Comfortable working a split shift schedule
• Ability to lift 45 pounds or more to assist with loading and unloading ADA passengers

Hard Requirements:

• Commercial driver’s license (A or
  
  B)
• Airbrake endorsement
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check

Preferred Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 1 year of driving experience
