We’re looking for a dependable, friendly driver to join our commissary team and help deliver fresh dough and supplies to our restaurants across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes team member who keeps our kitchens stocked and our teams running smoothly.

This is a physical job that includes loading and unloading the truck at the commissary and each store. You'll be moving dough trays and supplies with care and efficiency to ensure the highest quality delivery.

Location: Based in St. Louis — routes throughout the greater St. Louis area and parts of Illinois

Pay: $18–$23/hour (based on experience and driving record)

Schedule: 5-day work week | 30–40 hours/week | Early morning shifts

Vehicle: 16-to-20-foot box truck (no CDL required)

Requirements

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have a clean driving record
• Are comfortable driving a up to a 20-foot box truck
• Are reliable, responsible, and safety-minded
• Can consistently lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
• Communicate clearly and respectfully
• Take pride in doing things the right way

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver dough and supplies on time and in great condition
• Load and organize deliveries with care to protect product quality
• Unload deliveries at each store location accurately and efficiently
• Maintain delivery truck cleanliness and report maintenance needs
• Assist with pulling and checking orders before delivery
• Communicate with commissary and store teams
• Represent Dewey’s Purpose and Values at every stop
