Integrated Care RN – ICU and Acute Care

200 St. Clair Street, St. Marys, OH 45885, USA

• Every 3rd Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required
• New hires will train with extended orientation tailored to the applicant

• Responsible for delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.
• Assumes a lead role in patient teaching. Places the patient at the center of care practices.
• Collaborates and interacts positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes.
• May be required to work other patient care units or shifts according to distribution of staff, patients, and/or patient acuity.

• Ability to work every 3rd weekend and holiday rotations.
• Must be willing to cross-train and float to Med Surg and ED settings.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed RN. BSN preferred.

• Previous experience preferred in critical care setting.
