We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Med Tech Night Shift to join our dedicated team at Green Palms Health & Rehab of St. Marys. As a Med Tech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents through accurate and timely medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
About the Role
As a Med Tech on our night shift, you will be responsible for:
Providing personalized care to our residents, including administering medications, maintaining accurate records, and performing vital sign monitoring
Assisting with wound care, dressing changes, and other treatments as needed
Maintaining a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, including nursing, therapy, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care
Documenting resident progress, medications, and treatments in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; current certification as a Medication Technician or CMA a plus
0 years of experience, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach
