Kosei St. Marys is seeking a Rework Associate to safely monitor and manage rework lines, perform rework tasks, and train others in proper methods.
You will inspect wheels, direct workflow, log defects in MES, and maintain production control while supporting safety, quality, and production goals. You will also monitor rejects, ensure sample wheels reach the Quality Lab, record time and output, and assist in training other rework associates while using a range of small hand and power tools.
