Hours of Job

• PRN as needed.
• Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Directs and guides patient teaching.
• Assumes a lead role in patient teaching.
• Places the patient at the center of care practices.
• Collaborates and interacts positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.

Education/Certifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed RN in the State of Ohio
• Basic Life Support and ACLS

Experience

• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred. Preferable in an Outpatient setting.
