Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Green Palms Health & Rehab of St. Marys, a supportive community dedicated to comfort and respect. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal health and wellness
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and address resident needs
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
