Food Services Assistant

JTDMH, 200 St. Clair Street, St. Marys, OH 45885, USA

• Part Time - approximately 20 hours per week
• 1st and 2nd shift hours
• Every Other Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required

• Plans daily activities (and/or assists co-workers, as needed) to ensure appropriate and timely service and clean-up of meals.
• Portions/serves food neatly and attractively.
• Maintains established portion control when portioning/serving foods.
• Covers, labels, and dates all opened, prepped, or leftover food items placed in storage.
• Efficiently assembles patients' trays according to established procedure; assists with assembling late trays; efficiently serves cafeteria customers.
• Transports patient tray conveyors/fire (?) to patient units in absence of volunteers.

• Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Food service experience preferred.
