In this full-time role, you will serve as a vital link among the Board, legislature, and national partners. Collaborating closely, you'll develop and implement policies aligned with organizational goals while overseeing public-facing data and conducting policy research. Your strategic input will also support the Executive Director in overarching communications and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage public data and produce policy reports
• Develop and implement effective policy recommendations
• Analyze legislative processes and track bills
• Coordinate special projects and communications initiatives
• Present complex data insights to diverse audiences
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in public policy or data reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of advanced Excel and Power BI
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effectively with varied audiences
