Position: Planner Principal State - 911 Emergency Services
Become a pivotal part of Minnesota's 911 emergency services as a Planner Principal State. This position supports collaboration with various stakeholders and offers a hybrid work model.

In this role as 911 Coordinator, you will lead and implement Next Generation 911 initiatives in your designated region. Your responsibilities will involve fostering relationships, coordinating communications, and ensuring effective information sharing among PSAPs and law enforcement officials. Expect travel to facilitate outreach and build community trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Next Generation 911 initiatives across Minnesota

• Facilitate effective communication with PSAP managers and emergency officials

• Build and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders

• Share timely and accurate information regarding emergency services

• Ensure collaboration among stakeholders from diverse backgrounds

Requirements:

• Knowledge of 911 regulatory and call-taking processes

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Relevant associate's or bachelor's degree

• Experience in public safety or emergency services

• Familiarity with community outreach preferred
