As a key member of the Minnesota IT Services team, you'll be responsible for the installation, support, and upkeep of servers, cabling, and facility systems. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors, your proactive problem-solving will ensure uninterrupted services. Excellent communication and customer-focused skills will be pivotal in addressing incidents and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain servers, racks, and cabling
• Troubleshoot technical hardware issues efficiently
• Manage inventory and equipment staging
• High-quality operational support for data center
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors
Requirements:
• Two years of IT-related experience in data centers
• Proficient in diagnosing hardware and infrastructure issues
• Familiarity with maintenance documentation
• Experience with monitoring systems and tools
• Able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs
