The Minnesota Management & Budget (MMB) is looking for a collaborative communications expert to guide public outreach and engagement. In this role, you will develop high-impact communication strategies that resonate with various stakeholders, particularly underserved communities. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining transparency and consistent messaging across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of agency outreach initiatives

• Manage marketing and communication efforts efficiently

• Produce quality communication materials collaboratively

• Track media inquiries and public information requests

• Provide strategic advice on communication challenges

Requirements:

• Four years of relevant communications experience

• Proven experience with media and public information

• Excellent writing and editing skills

• Expertise in strategic communication methods
