In this role, you’ll be more than a number cruncher—you’ll be a key partner in driving financial accuracy and supporting strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do- Own the monthly close process to ensure timely, accurate financial results.
- Analyze and report key financial data that helps leaders make informed decisions.
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations that keep our books in top shape.
- Collaborate on business projects
, bringing your accounting expertise to the table. - Champion process improvements and strengthen internal controls to keep us ahead.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of accounting experience (industry experience a plus!).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and how to apply them.
- Strong organizational skills—you know how to juggle priorities without dropping the ball.
- Clear communicator who can explain financial concepts to non-financial colleagues.
- Curious and proactive—you spot opportunities to improve and act on them.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Excel is your best friend).

This role is based in the Twin Cities area. Candidates should be within commuting distance for our hybrid schedule.
