Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

• Own the monthly close process to ensure timely, accurate financial results.
• Analyze and report key financial data that helps leaders make informed decisions.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations that keep our books in top shape.
• Collaborate on business projects
  , bringing your accounting expertise to the table.
• Champion process improvements and strengthen internal controls to keep us ahead.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience (industry experience a plus!).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and how to apply them.
• Strong organizational skills—you know how to juggle priorities without dropping the ball.
• Clear communicator who can explain financial concepts to non-financial colleagues.
• Curious and proactive—you spot opportunities to improve and act on them.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Excel is your best friend).

This role is based in the Twin Cities area. Candidates should be within commuting distance for our hybrid schedule.
