We are seeking an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist for a 3–6 month contract role based onsite in St. Paul, MN. This position involves managing invoice disputes, collecting on aging receivables, and supporting account setup processes.

• Resolve invoice disputes related to incorrect POs, tax issues, and web invoicing by collaborating with customers, project administrators, account managers, and the tax team.
• Collect on aging receivables and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with new account setups in Salesforce, including inviting customers to complete credit applications and following up as needed.
• Follow up with customers for purchase orders on completed service work.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of financial and/or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and accurately document customer information.
• Familiarity with collections policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other computer applications.
