Location: St. Paul, Minnesota – Hybrid (weekly onsite presence required).
Local Minnesota applicants only.

Pay Rate: $60K-70K annually dependent on applicable experience

We’re supporting a St. Paul organization that’s adding an AP Analyst to their group as they continue to build out their accounting function. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the “why” behind the numbers just as much as the day-to-day processing. If you like Excel, spotting trends, improving workflows, and partnering with both vendors and internal teams, this role checks a lot of boxes.

The hybrid schedule is also a nice perk, and the team is very open to new ideas.

• Handling AP processing with accuracy and consistency across larger invoice volumes
• Owning reconciliations, vendor statement matching, and prepping clean data for payment runs
• Using Excel to analyze AP trends, flag discrepancies, and elevate recurring issues
• Supporting month-end close with reporting, accruals, and cleanup tasks
• Collaborating with operations, procurement, and accounting to streamline processes

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and general data analysis comfort)
• Background in AP, accounting operations, or a related finance role
• Curiosity and a problem‑solving mindset: someone who likes to make processes better
• Great communication skills and the ability to work comfortably in a hybrid setup
