Job Details

What You'll Do:

• Perform high-level accounting functions related to loans, fixed assets, benefits, accounts payable, and cash management.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations and financial statements.
• Support audits, regulatory reporting, and NCUA call reports.
• Research and implement process improvements that boost efficiency and strengthen controls.
• Collaborate across departments to support operational and corporate accounting initiatives.
• Assist with projects tied to growth, mergers, and accounting system enhancements.

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of accounting experience; degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial-institution accounting.
• Hands-on experience with general ledger systems (Fiserv DNA a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; comfort with reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting.
• Curious, team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and learn new areas.
