Billing Specialist

Description

Our client is looking for a Billing Specialist to take on an exciting job opportunity! The Billing Specialist will be responsible for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers and updating customer files. This position is a long term contract opportunity in Arden Hills, Minnesota.

Job Duties:

- Issue invoices to customers

- Issue monthly customer statements

- Update customer files with issued invoices

- Process credit memos

- Update the customer master file with contact information

- Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites

* Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in billing/accounts receivable is REQUIRED

- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

- Strong expertise in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Proficiency in data entry
