What You'll Actually Do

Accounts Payable:
Enter invoices into the ERP system and generate payments via checks, ACHs, wires, and intercompany payments.
Reconciliation:
Perform routine intercompany reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Documentation:
Organize and maintain accounts payable files and related documentation, including 1099s.
General Ledger:
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries into various accounts, such as general ledger accounts.
Reporting:
Prepare special financial reports for management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

The Must-Haves

Background:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Entry-Level with core domain knowledge in accounts payable.
Experience:

Up to two years of accounting, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience, with a demonstrated aptitude for learning financial systems and prior experience contributing both individually and collaboratively on projects.
Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, critical thinking, organizational skills, and a strong detail orientation.
Bonus:
