Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Hudson, Wisconsin (hybrid role; only local candidates in Minnesota & Western Wisconsin will be eligible for consideration)
Pay Rate: $25 - $30 / hour dependent on applicable experience

Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support a busy accounting department in Hudson, Wisconsin. This position will focus primarily on high volume accounts payable processing in a PO environment, invoice management, and general accounting support. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is highly preferred.
- Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
- Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
- Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation.
- Support the accounting team with data entry, reconciliations, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with additional accounting projects as needed.
- Previous accounts payable or accounting support experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with an accounting team.
