Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the operations support team, providing essential administrative assistance during a significant ERP transition. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning new systems and processes, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range

$22 - $24/hour

Shift

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (On-site Monday - Thursday, remote Friday)

What’s the Job?
  • Assist with document management, including preparing custom documents for internal teams.
  • Send shortage emails and communicate effectively regarding shipment details.
  • Ensure accuracy of shipment information prior to invoicing processes.
  • Support the preparation of customs documents and ad hoc reports.
  • Participate in ERP system implementation efforts, including data entry and system migration tasks.
What’s Needed?
  • Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas and data organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Navision is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
