Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
This position provides administrative, technical, and clerical support to federal/state survey, enforcement licensing and/or management teams. The primary responsibility is to ensure survey documents are uploaded timely to the federal data system and the MDH website. Additionally, the position is responsible for the CLIA administrative duties and supporting the Nurse Aide Registry monthly call.
Responsibilities- Process federal recertification survey packages, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and upload them electronically to the CMS ASPEN Central Office (ACO) data system.
- Track information for accurate reports for distribution to HRD district offices.
- Upload survey documents to the MDH/HRD website.
- Provide administrative support for federal/state enforcement, licensing teams, eleven district offices and the state fire marshal as needed.
- Complete CLIA email and processing 116 applications and Nurse Aide Registry call duties.
- 1 year clerical experience sufficient to provide administrative, technical, and clerical support.
- Data entry skills sufficient to create database records and update entries in a timely manner.
- Customer service skills sufficient to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to a variety of customers over the phone, in person, and via email.
- Organizational skills to manage tasks and deadlines.
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office Suite to prepare, edit, and finalize emails, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Successful completion of a background check and employment reference check.
